Driving Companion
The Driving Companion is prepared to help you become better informed about the provisions of the driver licensing system. The book you will use to log down the 75 hours you need to get your P's. The book also features important information on how to get your licence with the 30 Tasks required that need to be demonstrated in CBTA and observed during VORT.
Drivers Handbook
The Driver’s Handbook provides an overview of the road rules and the laws for driver’s licences and registering a vehicle in South Australia.
The information contained within this handbook has been prepared to help you become better informed about road safety, road rules, drivers and licensing and vehicle registration.
Road Rules Refresher
The Road Rules Refresher is a pocket guide which clarifies some often-misunderstood road rules that can lead to serious crashes and highlights that road safety is a shared responsibility between all road users.
Road user behaviour is a significant contributing factor to road trauma. It is the responsibility of all road users to minimise their risk of being involved in a crash by driving, riding and walking safely and obeying the road rules at all times.
Hazard Perception Test
The hazard perception test (HPT) measures your ability to recognise and respond to potentially dangerous situations on the road.
The actual test involves responding to film clips of real traffic situations. You will see what the driver would see. The dashboard shows you the speed you're travelling and if the indicators are operating.
You'll need to pass the HPT to apply for your P's or transfer your overseas driver's licence.
